two cents: Richard Branson did it. why can’t I?

Sir Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin empire, is known for his “Screw it, let’s do it” decision making policy and Virgin is a very successful company. So, why do many entrepreneurs and companies fail when they do the same?

If you were a dedicated professional athlete who failed to score in your last two games, does that make you a failure? Not in my book. Failure is nothing more than a lesson on what not to do again, if you have the right attitude. Does that mean the Virgin Group is not successful?

two cents: new franchise.
location ‘unknown’

What if we follow the ‘Blue Ocean Strategy’ and open it away from competition to gain competitive advantage? What are your thoughts on that?
