When I look at my company I find that 95% of my staff is average. No spark, no creativity and no outstanding performance. Is it possible that we just don’t have brilliant employees in Kuwait anymore?

Since the stock market in Kuwait is down, I was wondering if now is a good time to buy stocks. And which ones do you recommend?
Your question is similar to asking me about where you should eat since restaurants have dropped their prices. It depends on your taste. Do you like Japanese or Indian? Chinese or Grills?
